3. Purchases, Credits & Refunds

  • Paid features (e.g., essay checks or attempts) are billed via our payment providers.
  • Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed.
  • We may provide goodwill refunds at our discretion in limited cases (e.g., duplicate purchase, technical issues).

4. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Circumvent access controls or abuse rate limits.

5. User Content & Feedback

  • You retain ownership of essays and materials you upload.
  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
  • Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Drive, payment gateways). Your use of such integrations is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific IELTS scores or outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., via the site or email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
